Adlogicx is a B2B AI platform based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We provide real estate brokerages and agents with an AI-powered voice agent that replaces static contact forms on their websites. Our system qualifies inbound leads and schedules meetings automatically.

When you interact with an Adlogicx-powered contact form on a real estate website, you are interacting with our technology on behalf of that real estate business (our client).

When a buyer fills in a contact form powered by Adlogicx, we collect:

Information you provide directly

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Preferred visit date and time
• Property interest and budget range (if shared during conversation)

Information collected automatically

• Device fingerprint (used to prevent spam and duplicate submissions)
• Timestamp of form submission
• Duration of AI voice conversation
• Call transcript (a text record of what was said during the AI conversation)
• Intent signals derived from the conversation

We do not collect

• Payment or banking information
• Government ID or Aadhaar details
• Sensitive personal data as defined under DPDP Act 2023

• All data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest
• Your lead data is stored in your real estate agent's private Google Sheet — not in a shared Adlogicx database
• Call transcripts are stored securely and linked only to your specific inquiry record
• Device fingerprint data is stored temporarily (maximum 24 hours) for spam prevention purposes only

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your data is shared only with:

The real estate business you contacted — they receive your name, phone, email, preferred time, and call transcript so their expert can conduct the meeting you booked.

Our technology partners — who process data strictly to operate the service:

• Vapi.ai — powers the AI voice conversation
• Google (Firestore & Sheets) — stores lead records
• Make.com — handles automation (WhatsApp reminders, email confirmations)
• Railway.com — hosts our backend verification server

All partners are bound by data processing agreements and handle data solely for the purpose of delivering our service.

06 /Your Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure — Ask us to delete your personal data. We will comply within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
• Withdraw consent — Withdraw your consent to processing at any time. This does not affect processing done before withdrawal.

Adlogicx uses a device fingerprinting mechanism — not browser cookies — to prevent spam. This identifies your device to prevent the same device from submitting more than two inquiries within 24 hours. This data is not used for advertising or tracking across other websites.

We also use Google reCAPTCHA on our forms to prevent bot submissions. reCAPTCHA is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Our service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data through an Adlogicx-powered form, contact us at info@adlogicx.com and we will delete it promptly.
